About Avera Weskota Memorial Medical Center

Wessington Springs is a progressive Midwest community located in central South Dakota.  Our medical complex boasts a 25-bed hospital, a 40-resident nursing facility, and 30 congregate housing apartments.  Attached healthcare services on the campus include the Jerauld County Clinic, Public Health Nursing, home care, health health, dental clinic, vision care, ambulance service and Meals on Wheels.  The new Weskota Wellness & Rehab Center is also located on the campus.  Our caregivers are guided by the gospel values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship and are supported by the resources and expertise of Avera Health, the region's largest health system.
